2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs and product information as accurately as possible.

Because of differences between screens, lighting and photography, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.

3. QUESENCE Mystery Design System

QUESENCE uses a mystery-design system for selected products.

Before placing an order, you can review the available designs on our OUR DESIGNS page and select 2 designs that you do not want to receive.

Your final design is then randomly selected from the remaining designs.

Excluding a design excludes both its BLACK and WHITE versions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are not choosing the specific design you will receive.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances such as suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, obvious pricing errors, or an inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR, unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price, shipping costs and any other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
